Health coaches are board certified experts in human behavior, motivation, health and wellness. They are educated on various techniques and health topics such as exercise, nutrition, sleep, brain health, work/life balance, and much more. 

Some of our health coaches are certified tobacco treatment specialists (CTTS) who can provide specific support to tobacco cessation.

Yes, other team members are available to support your goals as needs are identified. You can see a primary care doctor, urgent care doctor, health coaches, and diabetes educator whenever you choose. Your dietitian can also help you determine which other doctors or specialists would be most helpful to you.
