First Stop Health is FREE to use! Your employer pays for your membership. You will never receive a bill from First Stop Health, which is separate from insurance. 

Costs according to your medical plan may apply for prescriptions, lab orders and other non-FSH services.

There are 3 ways to request care.

1. Mobile app. Log in to our mobile app for care on the go! You can request a visit in just a few taps.
2. Web. Log in to your account online to request a visit in just a few taps.
3. Call. You can also call 888-691-7867 to talk with a member of our team to get you set up for care.

First Stop Health is separate from your insurance. However, we may ask for your insurance information to find quality, affordable specialists and/or lab locations in your network.
