How to add your family
If your organization allows you to add family members* to your First Stop Health membership, here are the steps to follow.

Follow these steps to get started:
- Log in to your account on our mobile app or by visiting firststophealth.com
- Select the “Family” section of your account
- Select “+ Add a family member”
- Fill out their personal details
- They are all set! Members 16 and over will receive an email from member_services@firststophealth.com with a unique link to claim their account and set a password.
