Each visit is centered around creating a vision for your life and collaborating to design attainable goals. Your coach will support you through accountability, education, resources and building a relationship.

Health coaches are board certified experts in human behavior, motivation, health and wellness. They are educated on various techniques and health topics such as exercise, nutrition, sleep, brain health, work/life balance and much more. 

Yes, other team members are available to support your goals as needs are identified. You can see a primary care doctor, urgent care doctor, health coaches and diabetes educator whenever you choose. Your dietitian can also help you determine which other doctors or specialists would be most helpful to you.
