How do lab orders work?
Lab work can be an essential part of understanding what’s going on in your body. Doctors at First Stop Health routinely order lab work to:
- Check in on your health as part of your routine annual checkup
- Test for nutritional deficiencies, infections and more
- Check your cholesterol and blood sugar levels
- Authorize prescription refills
- And more

Talk to your doctor.
During your virtual visit, your doctor may suggest lab work based on your symptoms and/or health history. If you have a concern, you can also ask your doctor if lab work would be appropriate for you.
